Department of Transportation (DOT) HAZMAT Safety Training

Department of Transportation (DOT) Safety Training for Handling and Transporting Hazardous Materials must be completed by employees who are involved with these tasks once every three years. The client can provide safety data sheets (aka MSDS's) of DOT regulated materials used at the facility to customize the training for your specific operations.

Training is conducted in individual sessions of four hours each. ERAtech's instructors provide your employees with general awareness / familiarization, function-specific, emergency response and security awareness training. In addition, handout materials are provided to each participant, including student manual, DOT Emergency Response Guidebook, and Table 15. Upon successful completion of the training session, ERAtech issues individual training certificates as documentation of participation.

If your facility has 6 or more employees who need training, ERAtech can arrange to provide training on-site.

Asbestos Training Program

The OSHA Class II Asbestos Flooring Worker course is an 8-hour class to prepare workers for the removal of asbestos containing resilient flooring materials. Employees must be trained prior to or at initial assignment and at least annually thereafter.
